The Knowledge Bar is a key fixture

"Bartender" Bios
Robyn Camp – Executive Vice President, The
Climate Registry
Robyn directs The Climate Registry’s reporting & verification
activities and member services including training and events.
She has a strong background in international energy &
environmental policies and markets, including identifying and
implementing climate change mitigation strategies. Her work
experience has spanned the private and non-profit sectors, and
has focused on analyzing and identifying market opportunities
for advanced efficient technologies, the impacts of air quality
and climate regulations, and strategies to promote sustainable
technology choice. Prior to joining The Climate Registry, Ms.
Camp held several positions with the California Climate Action
Registry, and was part of the leadership that transitioned that
organization to the Climate Action Reserve, a leading voluntary
offsets registry. She also previously worked as a consultant in
the Technology & Markets Group of Energy Resources International
in Washington, D.C., conducting domestic and international
energy technology market analyses. Earlier, she helped create
the World Energy Efficiency Association, and supported
international energy and environmental policy dialogues
sponsored by The Atlantic Council of the United States.

Blaine Collison – Director, Green
Power Partnership Program, U.S. EPA (ACCO Advisory Board Member)
Blaine is the director of the United States Environmental
Protection Agency’s Green Power Partnership. Since joining the
EPA in 1996, Mr. Collison has managed energy efficiency efforts
in residential new construction, consumer product labeling, and
commercial and institutional building management. Collison lead
EPA’s initial engagement of institutional investors as drivers
of corporate climate change performance. Prior to joining EPA,
Mr. Collison was the Associate Director of the Sustainable
Buildings Industries Council and worked for Congressman Mel
Levine (CA) on Capitol Hill. Mr. Collison has a political
science degree from the University of Pennsylvania in
Philadelphia, PA.

Peggy Foran – Senior Policy Manager, The
Climate Registry
Peggy manages the development and design of The Registry’s GHG
accounting and reporting policies. In this role, she facilitates
consensus across stakeholders on best practices in GHG
accounting. She has additionally participated in the development
of mandatory and voluntary GHG reporting requirements for the
Western Climate Initiative, the World Resources Institute and
the State of California, among others. Peggy has six years of
experience in energy and climate. Prior to joining The Climate
Registry, Ms. Foran held positions with D&R International, the
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s ENERGY STAR Program and
the Consumer Energy Council of America.

John Gilmore – Vice President of Sales,
Seesmart, Inc.
John Gilmore is the Vice President of Sales at Seesmart, Inc., a
U.S.-based manufacturer of LED lamps and fixtures. John has 30
years of experience in manufacturing and sales and has been
immersed in the LED industry since 2008. Among his clients are
Fortune 500 companies, municipalities, government agencies, and
small businesses. On a daily basis, John works directly with
facility managers and engineers to select and develop the best
LED solutions for their facilities. John is also an expert on
federal government contracting and has assisted the federal
government with over 50 lighting projects. These projects have
had the effect of reducing the overall operating costs of
government buildings by over $1 million per year and cutting
government CO2 emissions by 9 million pounds per year.

Peter Gray – Partner, McKenna Long &
Aldridge LLP (ACCO Board Member and Co-Founder)
Peter serves as the chair of McKenna Long & Aldridge’s
Environment, Energy and Product Regulation Department. Since
joining the firm in 1985, he has worked on a broad range of
environmental litigation and counseling matters. Mr. Gray
co-leads the firm’s climate change practice, which is helping
clients with a number of climate related projects, including
developing climate change strategies and policy, identifying and
capturing value through carbon emission reduction strategies,
complying with SEC disclosure obligations where implicated by
climate change risks or impacts on business and monitoring
climate change and alternative energy legislation and
conceptualize legislative strategies. Mr. Gray co-founded and
launched the Association of Climate Change Officers, the first
organization dedicated to advancing the knowledge and skills of
climate change professionals. He also launched the Climate
Change Insights blog, a forum for critical analyses of climate
law and policy.

Brian Helmuth – Director, Environment
and Sustainability Program, University of South Carolina (ACCO
Adaptation Working Group Co-Chair)
Dr. Brian Helmuth is Director of the Environment and
Sustainability Program at the University of South Carolina in
Columbia, an interdisciplinary program within the College of
Arts and Sciences that involves more than 120 associate faculty
from nine different colleges and schools within the USC system.
Also a Professor in the Department of Biological Sciences,
Helmuth’s research explores the effects of climate and climate
change on coastal marine organisms. He has published over 55
peer-reviewed journal articles, and was recently named a Google
Scholar in the area of Climate Change Science.

Kerry Kelly – Director, Federal Public
Affairs, Waste Management (ACCO Board Member)
As Director of Federal Public Affairs for Waste Management (WM),
Kerry Kelly represents WM before Federal agencies and Congress
on environmental issues including municipal and hazardous waste
management, clean air regulatory matters, renewable energy and
climate change. Prior to joining WM in 2005, Kerry was
responsible for federal regulatory and legislative affairs for
the American Chemistry Council, and Tenneco Inc., a global
manufacturing company. Kerry’s government service includes
serving as Special Assistant to the Director of the Superfund
program at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency; as a
Professional Staff Member, with the U.S. House Committee on
Public Works and Transportation; and at the state level, on the
oversight and investigative staff of the Florida Senate
President and Speaker of the House. Kerry serves on the boards
of the Association of Climate Change Officers (ACCO), the Solid
Waste Association of North America (SWANA) and the American
Biogas Council.

Cary Krosinsky – Senior Vice President,
Trucost (ACCO Advisory Board Member)
Cary was a member of the 70 person Expert Group in 2005 that
created the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) of the
United Nations, which has since been committed to buy over $14
Trillion worth of asset managers and owners He worked on
Trucost’s award winning 2006 UK Trust Carbon Footprint study,
and the IFC sponsored Carbon Counts Asia 2007 report, the latter
having been issued at the December 2007 UN meetings in Bali. He
has written and spoken publicly as a climate expert for CNBC,
the Wall Street Journal and more, and is the co-author of
Sustainable Investing: The Art of Long-Term Performance.

Margery Moore – Director, EHS Alliances,
BNA (ACCO Board Member)
Margery Moore has been working with BNA for 8 years creating new
partnerships to grow BNA's already extensive database of
proprietary content, as well as find organizations to co-develop
cutting-edge EHS software and tools. She has a Masters in
Environmental Information Systems from University of Victoria,
British Columbia. Margery is on the board of the Association for
Climate Change Officers (ACCO), past board member of National
Association of Environmental Managers (NAEM), Advisory Board
member for ClimateAccess, and acting Executive Director for the
Stonehouse Standing Circle in Canada.

Rose Shaver (LEED AP, BEP) – Manager,
Sustainability Services, Summit Energy
Rose has over 25 years experience in client development for
energy and sustainability services. The practice areas she has
worked within are: greening supply chains, sustainability
strategy and roadmap development, implementing renewable/clean
technologies, external sustainability reporting documents (CDP,
supplier surveys, investors, GRI), energy and Carbon Accounting
SaaS, energy procurement and management, and green building
certifications (LEED, Energy Star, etc.). Her passion is to
continue to help organizations communicate internally and
externally more efficiently to achieve their sustainability
goals & initiatives. After attaining a cross-function
sustainability communication team internally she works with
senior leadership to continue refining the organization's
sustainability goals. The goals are designed to exceed all
stakeholder requirements (regulatory, supply chain, investor,
etc).

Missy Stults – Sustainability Analyst,
Summit Energy (ACCO Adaptation Working Group Co-Chair)
Missy is responsible for working with clients to help them
design sustainability strategies that meet their social,
environmental, and economic needs in both the short and
long-term. Missy’s work focuses on identifying strategies that
will help clients reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and
water and waste consumption while seizing energy saving
opportunities and building resilience towards changes in weather
and climatic parameters. Prior to her role with Summit, Missy
was the national Climate Director for ICLEI-Local Governments
for Sustainability USA where she worked with over 600 local
governments to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and build
their resilience towards climate change. Missy has extensive
experience in greenhouse gas inventorying, sustainability
planning, implementation, and stakeholder engagement techniques.
